The possibilities for translating sketches, designs, or paintings on paper into captivating stained glass creations are endless. Whether the aim is to craft a small panel for a specific location or an independent work of art for exhibition, throughout the class we will learn the techniques required to craft traditional leaded glass panels or laminated glass pieces using two-part silicone adhesive.
Embracing creativity and experimentation, we will follow a dynamic, hands-on approach to stained glass making. Using Lamberts mouth-blown glass, we will explore and combine techniques such as sandblasting, glass painting, enamelling and silver staining to bring our designs to life in vibrant colours and luminous light.
Starting with our own designs or sketches, we will discuss ways of translating them into glass. Step by step, we will move from experimenting with mark-making and textures to selecting the perfect glass for our vision, ultimately applying these techniques to create our final piece. The class is suitable for all skill levels.

Location: Frauenau, Germany
Cost: €1,595.00
